Terms of Use

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

iG-Senior is an affiliate marketing platform operated by iGsenior LTD, a company registered in [jurisdiction] under number [registration number], with its registered office at [registered address] (“we”, “us”, “iG-Senior”).

These Terms of Use govern your use of igsenior.com and any demonstration environment we make available. Your use of the platform itself under a paid plan is governed by the License agreement, which takes precedence wherever the two differ.

By using the site or creating an account you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. Eligibility

The platform is sold to businesses, not to consumers. You must be at least 18 years old and acting for a business to open an account.

iGaming is regulated differently in every market. You are responsible for holding whatever licences your activity requires and for confirming that running an affiliate programme is lawful in each territory you target. We do not provide legal or regulatory advice.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by the administrators, managers, media buyers and partners you invite into it.

• Keep credentials and API keys confidential; API keys are scoped per role and should be issued with the narrowest scope that works.
• Use the role-based permissions to limit what each member of your team can do.
• Tell us without delay at [security contact email] if you believe an account or key has been compromised.

We may suspend an account where we reasonably believe it has been compromised, or where continued access would put other customers or us at risk.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use iG-Senior to:

• break any law, licence condition or advertising code that applies to you
• market gambling to minors, to self-excluded people, or in a territory where you are not licensed to do so
• send traffic you know or suspect to be fraudulent, incentivised against the advertiser’s terms, or generated by bots
• disguise the nature of a landing page from a regulator, payment provider or advertising platform
• upload malware, scrape the platform, or attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls or another customer’s data
• resell or sublicense the platform to third parties except through the white-label features provided for that purpose

The platform includes traffic-quality and cloaking controls. Those exist so you can route or block low-quality traffic and keep a compliant page in front of reviewers — not to mislead a regulator or an advertising platform about what you are actually promoting. Using them for that purpose is a material breach.

5. Your data and your partners’ data

You own the data you put into the platform and the data your tracking generates. We claim no ownership over it.

For that data we act as a processor on your behalf; you remain the controller. How we handle it is set out in the Privacy Notice and in the data processing terms referenced in the License agreement.

You can export your statistics, conversions and raw event data at any time through the panel or the API. On termination we will make a final export available for [export window] before deletion.

6. Plans, fees and billing

Plans, included conversion volumes and overage rates are published on our pricing page and confirmed in your order. Fees are exclusive of VAT and any other applicable tax.

• Monthly, six-month and annual billing periods are available; longer periods are discounted at the rates shown at the time of purchase.
• Conversions beyond your plan allowance are charged at the per-conversion rate for your plan.
• Some usage is metered separately and drawn from your platform wallet, including PWA installs and domain registrations and renewals.
• We do not offer a free trial. We run a guided demonstration and set the programme up with you before anything goes live.

Invoices are due within [payment terms] days. We may suspend the service for accounts that remain unpaid after written notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal and we will give you at least [notice period] days’ notice.

7. Availability, support and changes

We aim to keep the platform available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted service except where a service level is agreed in writing on an Enterprise plan.

We may carry out maintenance that briefly interrupts the service, and will give advance notice where the work is planned and likely to be disruptive.

We develop the platform continuously. We may add, change or withdraw features; where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will give you reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, the website and everything in them other than your content remain our property or our licensors’. These terms grant you no rights in them beyond the right to use the service.

The white-label features let you present the partner panel under your own brand. That does not transfer any rights in the underlying software, and you must not remove or obscure notices we are legally required to display.

You keep all rights in your trademarks, creatives and content. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and display them in order to run the service for you.

9. Third-party services

The platform connects to services you choose to enable, such as advertising platforms, trackers, DNS and payment providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or decisions.

Where you provide credentials for a third-party service, you confirm you are entitled to do so and to let us act on your behalf through them.

10. Warranties and disclaimers

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, the service is provided as it stands without further warranty.

We do not warrant that the platform will meet any particular commercial objective, that traffic-quality scoring will identify every instance of fraud, or that reporting will be free of discrepancies with third-party systems.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, neither party is liable for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data, or for indirect or consequential loss.

Subject to the above, each party’s total liability arising in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees paid or payable by you for the service in that period, or to any different cap agreed in writing.

12. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at the end of your current billing period. Fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires.

We may suspend or terminate access where you materially breach these terms and do not remedy it within [cure period] days of written notice, or immediately where the breach cannot be remedied or where continued access would expose us or other customers to legal risk.

On termination your right to use the platform ends. Clauses that by their nature should survive — ownership, confidentiality, liability and governing law — continue to apply.

13. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms. Where a change is material we will give notice through the panel or by email before it takes effect; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of [governing law], and the courts of [jurisdiction for disputes] have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have where you are established.
